Returns & Replacement

Due to the nature of the glass smoking products, we do not accept returns generally. However, if you do have any doubt about the item you purchased at hittnsmoke.com, please email us first with your issue and order number. The only circumstances we accept returns is if you received the wrong item or if your item is broken or damaged in transit.

Note: Items returned without first requesting will not be accepted.


  • What's Hittn's return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us first. We accept returns or exchanges on any unused items within 2 days after receive. If there is no problem with the quality of the product itself, the buyer should be responsible for the return cost.


  • When will the refund arrive?

We'll issue the refund once we've reviewed the product. Usually, it will take about 3-7 business days to be in your account but that depends on your bank or credit card company. If you don't have the funds in your account after we issue the refund you'll need to contact your bank or credit card company.


  • Do you accept returns on used products?

If the product has been used, we do not accept any type of refund or exchange except for the quality issue.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
1. Please take a picture of the wrong item.
2. Send the picture and your order NO. to us immediately.


Broken & Damaged

  • What if my product is damaged or broken in transit?

We check the package very carefully before shipment, but due to the long time transportation, it may encounter some collisions on the way, which may lead to product damage. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately, and send us your order NO., with a picture of the broken item next to your package, also with the shipping label visible. Please report it within 2 days after delivery. Hittn's after-sales team will solve the matter for you.


If the item was not purchased directly from Hittnsmoke.com, we are sorry we can not replace products for you. We do not have control over how the product gets handled once it leaves our warehouse. If you have any concerns about the product purchased from any of our authorized retailers, you can also email us then we will try our best to investigate it. Send us your receipt, store name and address, and also brief description of the issue via email.
