FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We offer free shipping by USPA and Epacket for all of our U.S. orders. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded.
We usually ship within 1-3 business days. We store and ship all our products in our warehouse from Hebei, China.
For retail orders, we offer free shipping on all US orders, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included. There are also paid expedited shipping options for international orders and Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
If you are in a remote location, additional shipping charges may exist.
Wholesale orders are not for free shipping.
We use USPS, Epacket, and DHL on all orders. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.
Usually, it will take about 7-15 working days after shipping, maybe earlier. It depends on the shipping condition. Any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will pay attention to your order until you receive it.
If your item hasn't shipped you can contact with the updated address. If your package has already shipped, sorry we can not change it. If the package is sent back to us we'll contact you and arrange the resend.
